· Large tomatoes
· Shallot
· Fresh garlic
· Mint & cilantro
· Fresh lime & lemon juice
· Olive oil

Instructions
1. Chop and prep all ingredients.
2. Add everything into a bowl in order.
3. Toss until well combined.
4. Let sit for a few minutes so the flavours come together, then serve fresh and enjoy.
