When Andy opened the doors to the very first Anducci’s restaurant in 1990, he had one simple mission: to share the authentic, mouth-watering Italian flavours he grew up loving. Using the same recipes and techniques passed down from his family and Nonna’s, he created a place where guests could experience true Italian comfort. What began as a single neighbourhood eatery soon blossomed into a beloved family of 6 locations across the Vancouver area. Serving up to 10,000 guests each week and earning rave reviews, Anducci’s quickly became a local favourite. But the real secret behind its success, the thing diners couldn’t stop talking about, was the unforgettable selection of original sauces, antipasti, and vibrant dressings and dips that elevated every classic dish.
After twenty plus incredible years, Andy recognized a new opportunity. Our loyal customers loved celebrating with us in-house, but they also needed premium, first-class catered food for their events and family gatherings. This insight inspired a shift in direction, consolidating our operations into a state-of-the-art commissary kitchen dedicated entirely to meeting that growing demand. This evolution allowed our community to enjoy the full Anducci’s experience anywhere they wished. Yet one request kept coming up: access to our famous sauces and dressings at home.
Now, 35 plus years after Andy served that very first dish, we’re proud to bring our signature products directly into your kitchen. After 35 years of sharing our family’s table, we are taking our dedication to great ingredients one step further. We introduce Rocco & Olivia, our premium line named after Andy’s children. Featuring hand-jarred tomatoes, artisan horseradish, and coveted seasonal products, Rocco & Olivia is our way of sharing the absolute finest ingredients available.
