The following actions are considered extremely serious violations of Anducci’s Groupa di Ristorante company policy. They can, and often do, lead to immediate termination. It is important to use common sense when confronted with any situation. Please note that this list may not include everything:
Willful destruction of Company property or buildings; Willful falsification of payroll or cashout information; Failure to contact management after not showing up for a shift; Mistreatment of our guests, including disrespect, rudeness, or indifference for any reason; Theft, attempted theft, or removal from the premises without prior authorization of food, liquor, company property, or the property of another employee or guest; Unwillingness to comply with company appearance specifications; Consuming alcoholic beverages or being under the influence of alcohol while on duty; Possession of or being under the influence of illegal drugs or chemical substances while on Company property; Receiving or making personal phone calls on company time without prior authorization; Insubordination or refusal to perform job assignments; Unauthorized leaving of work before end of a shift; Careless or willful neglect of recognized safety or sanitation practices established by the company; Threatening, intimidating, or coercing any employee, guest or member of the management team (including sexual harassment); Using obscene or abusive language; Cashing personal or payroll cheques in the company tills or cashouts without prior authorization.
